Therapy

45-50 minute session -                 individual $100

                                                             couple       $125

 

Payment:

For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit or credit card.   Payment is due at the beginning of each session. A $35 late fee will be assessed to all returned checks.

Insurance:

We are contracted with the following insurance providers: Optum (UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, and Oxford), Aetna, and Cigna. If you opt to file with your insurance, it is your responsibility to know the type of mental health or behavioral health coverage you carry on your plan as well as the limitations of that coverage.  The Sanctuary contracts with Alma for billing of insurance.  You will need to establish an account with Alma and enter your insurance information to know exactly what you would expect to pay for therapy.  The Sanctuary makes no claims to what your portion or final fee will be for services.  Please contact your insurance company for this information directly. 

 

If you have a different type of insurance, we can provide you with an insurance ready statement for you to submit to your insurance for out of network reimbursement. Depending on your health care provider some fees for therapy may be covered or eligible for a percentage of reimbursement as out-of-network mental health services from your insurance company.

Cancellation Policy:
To respect the time of our therapists,  if you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.  If you are late for your appointment that time will be deducted from your total session.
